I paid $80,000 cash for my RRS and yet they want money to upgrade the GPS. Meanwhile it's free on my phone and constantly upgraded. A $300 Garmin has free upgrades for life. I just had my annual service and paid $1300 for new tires, but they wouldn't throw it in. I think it is wrong to pay that much for a car with a feature and then have to hang my phone in front because it my expensive car is not up-to-date. And $400? The actual cost can'e be $20.

My service department asked me to give them a good rating on my survey. I let them know how I feel. Probably won't get that survey.

Anyone want to join with me to try to make a change? btw I understand this is an industry practice for most vehicles. I think it is time they ALL change for the higher priced cars.
